The best place I have found to buy coupon inserts is The Coupon Wizards. Click on the wizard and it will take you to their web page. They are a great bunch of people and I love their seminars. You can also like them on FB but the website has a lot of information and their FB wall moves really fast.

The Coupon Wizards offers a weekly coupon insert service. Each week, we provide the prices for the weekly inserts when we post the weekly insert previews no later than Wednesday evening at 10pm EST. The prices are specifically listed per insert inside that weekly insert preview post. While we cannot charge for the inserts themselves, we charge for the time and materials necessary to acquire the inserts and ship them to you as a function of a price per insert. The cost of all inserts in one paper will never go above $1.20 per complete set. Most often, they are .50 ea when there are two different inserts in the paper. For exact pricing, you need to read the Weekly Insert Preview prior to ordering. In the event, that we have the ability to obtain more inserts after the ordering dealine is reached, we will post the cost per insert in the Weekly Insert Recap. Things to know about the insert service:
First, and most important, all inquiries about the service should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org NOT the Facebook wall. The Facebook wall is reserved for DEAL SHARING AND ANNOUNCEMENTS, NOT INSERT INQUIRIES!!!!!!!! The Post Office has 2-3 days to get the inserts to you. If you miss the deadlines below, they more than likely won’t be shipped on Saturday, which means they won’t leave Tampa until Monday. That means Wednesday is the very earliest you will get them and it could possibly be Thursday. Remember, we cannot control what happens once they leave our hands. I can’t spend all week tracking if they are still in a reasonable delivery time.
Orders must be completed and sent in by Thursday evening at 10pm EST.
Invoices will be generated and sent out several times daily.
All invoices must be paid no later than 7pm on Friday evening
If you do not order on time or pay on time, your order will still be processed, we just cannot guarantee Saturday shipping.
The shipping cost of inserts is $4.95. Inserts are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail for the flate rate of 4.95 (per 40). We can only fit 40 inserts in one envelope. If you order more than 40, there will be a higher shipping cost. If you order 50 to 80, that would be 2 envelopes or $9.90 in shipping. If you order more than 80, you would be better served with a flat rate box. The rate for a flat rate box is $10.95. We can fit up to 120 inserts in a flat rate box. This will allow you to combine orders with your friends and split the shipping cost! Remember, these are shipping costs only, not the total cost. If you buy 10 of an insert, the price is reduced by .05 for those inserts
We do not carry a large inventory on inserts from week to week.
Unfortunately, our deadlines are our deadlines. We may extend them in rare events but for all practical purposes, if you miss the deadline, we can’t accept your order.

10 Smart Source Inserts .50 -.05 (discount for ordering 10) = 4.50
Flat Rate Priority Shipping for 20 inserts = $4.95
Total for order = $13.95
If your paper is $1.50 or more, you actually SAVE money using the insert service. You also have the flexibility of ordering as many or as few inserts as you like. There are people that order as few as 2 of each insert and people who order as many as 200 of each insert. You gain the benefit of a receiving the coupon inserts from a major market newspaper for a lower cost than the average newspaper across all geographies.
To place your order, simply send a message to the email below to let us know how many of each insert you would like by typing the quantities by type of insert into the body of your message. Make sure that you use the email address that you would like us to use for invoicing purposes. If your PayPal email is different than the email you are sending your request from, please make sure that you let us know that as well.

Do you have a subscription program?
Yes. you can be put on our autobill program by letting us know how many of each insert that you want each week and we will automatically invoice you at the beginning of each week without you having to send an email request. You can adjust or cancel at any time. This is the best way to take advantage of this service. It is automatic and it takes all of the guess work out of it. Being consistent in your approach to couponing is what will help you to be the most successful. We personally don’t look at the insert previews on a weekly basis as we are building a coupon stockpile regardless of what is in there. I personally have never had a week where I didn’t save 5x – 10x more than the amount that I invested in the inserts to begin with.
I know that you say you are charging for time and materials, but come on, everyone says that. You are are really charging for the inserts, aren’t you?
No. We truly charge for time and materials. An example of this is the recent edition of the paper that had 1 Red Plum and 2 Smart Source. We only charged for one of each but when the second Smart Source was in the paper, we automatically included it in the orders that we shipped. The truth is, it doesn’t matter if there is 1 insert or 5 inserts in the paper, our costs stay pretty much the same. Why punish our customers by charging another full insert price just because there was another one in the paper?
What if there is only one insert in the paper?
The overall cost is the same regardless of the number of inserts that are in the paper. Our papers cost the same, we still have to pull, sort and ship so the cost of the service on a week with only one insert would probably be around .90-.95 for that one insert. We still have to pay our normal price to obtain that insert to begin with. Any way you look at it, it will still be cheaper than buying your local paper in most cases.
What if my inserts aren’t here on Monday?
Be patient! We have no control over the inserts once they leave our hands. Just because we ship them on Saturday doesn’t mean that the Post Office will deliver them by Monday. Please be patient and realize that they state that Priority Mail is 2-3 days. If it isn’t there after the third day, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavor to track your package. Please also note that if your package ships on a Sunday, it technically won’t go out until Monday which means Wednesday is the very earliest you will get it. If you live on the West Coast, it may be Thursday.
